Does Kosher LA only certify companies in Los Angeles?

No. We are based in California, but we have a support system of Rabbis all across the US, and internationally.

Do you only certify Chalav Yisrael?

No. Kosher LA maintains the same policies as the OU and allows for certification of both “Chalav Yisrael” and “Chalav Stam”. When an establishment requires only “Chalav Yisrael” Kosher LA will certify as such.

Are all baked items at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf dairy?

Plain bagels and Challah bread are Parve non-dairy. All other baked items are dairy “Chalav Stam”.
